Reflecting on 15 Years of Service: Valerie Allen MBE Steps Down as Chair of Halton Chamber of Commerce

Our Commercial Director Valerie Allen MBE is proud to have represented local businesses as Chair of Halton Chamber of Commerce for the past 5 years, retiring from the position recently and after serving on the Board for 15 years.

Val said ‘It’s been an absolute pleasure to serve on the Board of the Chamber and help businesses in Halton through what have been some challenging times for business such as Covid 19 and Brexit. The team at the Chamber have been there to support business throughout, whatever storm businesses have faced, and of course organising what is the ‘jewel in the crown’, Halton Business Awards.  I am delighted to accept the honour of Patron bestowed upon me by the Chamber, along with James Timpson OBE, and will continue to champion the Chamber and be an ambassador for Halton’.
