Description
The model 301 is a system which is ideal for the squaring of tube where precise tube length and burr free tube ends are required. The incremental feed graduation control allows the user to feed the machine cutting head in small increments up to a desired length. Specifically edsigned for the autogenous welding process of thin wall pipework in the high purity industry sectors, such as pharmaceutical and semi-conductor. Dependable performance has been combined with ease of use in this high cycle, agile and lightweight tool makes it the choice of industry professionals working with advanced tubing systems.
The cutting head of the 301 accepts tool bits for solely squaring and a combination of squaring and bevelling where required. The variable speed electric drive and the ability to perform its operation without damaging the inside of the electro polished tube makes this the tool of choice for clean room applications.
Like many of the Tri Tool range of products, the 301 can be fitted with accessories such as QC quick collet mounting system for increased productivity. Available with either pneumatic or electric drive, and the ability to be mounted on a base plate the versatile model 301 is the idea tube facing machine for small bore operations.
