Nederman dust extraxtion kits for rotating sanders

The fixed aluminium manifold is available in many models to fit different tools. A durable polyurethane hood snaps into the fixed manifold. The hood is available with or without brush for Ø 125, 150 and 180 mm. (5” - 6” - 7”).

Nederman Balance Arm/Extension Arm

In order to gain maximum accessability, BA balance arms are used for welding extraction in combination with extraction nozzles. The balance arm is built up with two gas damper balanced sections. It has three swivel points, one at the base, one at the middle and one at the point where the nozzle is attached. The nozzle can therefore be moved to any chosen position within the reach of the balance arm. The friction for sideways movement is adjustable.

The balance arm can be mounted in three different ways: to a wall, to a work bench or to an extension arm.

Nederman High Vacuum Power Arm

The Power Arm is used for grinding and sanding applications with on-tool extraction. The Power Box gives access to compressed air and electricity for dryers, welding machines etc. The arm is built on a strong, yet light weight, steel construction with three swivel points.

The Power Box offers vacuum 2 x KV50 with micro switch, 2 x quick couplers for compressed air with regulator and manometer. 2 x 240 V single phase inlet IP55. One 400 V 3-phase 32 Amp interlocked IP44. Air hose and single phase cable is included at delivery. A connection kit for connection to Ø 63 and 100 mm piping system is also included. Recommended mounting height above floor level (together with Power box) is 3.1 m for the wall bracket. This will give a distance of 1.7 m from the floor to the lowest point of the Power box.
