Extraction Arm NEX D

The Nederman D is equipped with an earthed ventilation hose made of FDA approved ingredients. The NEX D arm is suitable for industries where hygiene is a top priority. NEX D has concealed joints and a separate easy to mount hose. Enclosed support arm, separate hose and a stainless steel hood means the NEX arms require little maintenance and is easy to clean.

The NEX S arm fulfills all requirements for use in environments containing explosive dust and gas. The open support arm system and hood of acid proofed polished stainless steel requires little maintenance and makes it easy to clean. For applications with extremely high hygienic demands.  

Nederman Extraction Arm Telescopic

The Nederman Telescopic arm is specially designed for working environments with fumes, vapours or non explosive dust, where the space is limited. Typical workplaces can be welding schools or for production in small welding booths, or other industrial processes where a small, easily positioned arm is required.

The reach of the arm is between 0.9 and 1.6m.

• The arm is flexible in all directions and simple to position and to extend
• The arm has a balanced telescopic action by an adjustable  balance block
• The product is suspended by a swivel, which allows the product to rotate 360 degrees.

Nederman Extraction Arm Standard

The Nederman Standard arm is specially designed for working environments with fumes, vapours or non explosive dust, where the demands for higher airflows and temperatures are moderate. Typical workplaces can be welding schools, different types of applications in light production or other industrial processes where an easily positioned arm is required.
The arm is available in two lengths, 2 and 3m and equipped with a high efficiency extraction hood without damper.

Nederman Original is an extraction arm installed in many thousands of companies worldwide. The extraction arm has been further developed with a new hood in a patented design that ensures optimum capturing capacity and manoeuvrability.  The hood has integrated easy-to-reach buttons for lighting and fan control.  Nederman Original is the perfect solution for extracting welding smoke, fumes and dust in workshops. The arm is available in lengths from 2 to 5 meters, and can be mounted on a ceiling, wall or bench or to an extension bracket.  A wide range of accessories gives unlimited possibilities to match the needs at any workplace.

• The product is suspended by a swivel, which allows the product to rotate 360 degrees
• The arm is flexible in all directions and simple to position
• The product can be mounted in combination with different brackets, extension arms, on exhaust rails or on fixed or mobile filter equipment.

The arm is available in four types:

• 2m, for tight spaces, for example in welding booths, or where the need for reach is small.
• 3m, which is the most common Nederman arm, an extended  version of the 2m arm
• 4mH, Horizontal: Long reach and fits under low ceilings.
• 4mV, Vertical: Long reach for work when the need for extraction at both high and low levels.

Nederman Extraction Arm NEX HD

Nederman NEX HD  extraction arms are the top of the range arms when it comes to high airflows and extraction of media with higher temperatures than normal. The arms are specially designed for working environments with very heavy smoke, vapours or non explosive dust. Typical workplaces are the metal fabrication industry or other type of industries where the need for extraction with large airflows is needed. The applications can be welding, laser or hand plasma cutting, metal spraying, grinding where lots of spatter is generated, or other industrial processes where a  perfect balanced and easily positioned arm is required.

The Nederman NEX HD is also available with a patented hood design. The hood, made of aluminium, is resistant to high temperatures of extracted air (+120°C) and has a very high capturing capacity. The NEX HD model is ideal for heavy duty welding and where high airflows are demanded.

Nederman NEX MD is an extraction arm that also has a newly designed hood. The hose, 160 mm in diameter, in combination with the external arm system, provides a high air flow and a low pressure drop.
